- A Down Payment of 50% of the total contract value is required two months before the event date.
- Balance to be settled a month before the event date.
- All other outstanding balance is to be settled directly after the event.
- A cancellation fee of 100% of the total value will occur if the event gets cancelled three months before the event date
- Postponement date will not be allowed, that the hotel reserve the right to apply the cancellation fee.
- The hotel reserves the right to release your booking, presuming the payment has not been made within the period, as mentioned in “Terms of Payment.” The hotel has the right to offer the function room to the first confirmed business that has followed the rules of our “Terms of Payment.”
